Scott Stevenson, his wife Susan, and their feisty tabbies, Raymond, Joey and Wilbur, currently live in the small mountain town of Julian, California. Don't Forget To Smell The . . . Sawdust is based on Scott's personal experiences and on a lifetime of asking questions, keeping his eyes and ears open and trying to figure out what makes this funny world of ours go round.
Scott Stevenson was born on the great farming plains of South Dakota. At an early age he moved with his family to San Diego, California. He attended California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo where he majored in Environmental Design. Scott obtained
his California State Architectural License in 1979 and his State Contractor's License in 1983. He opened a small architectural firm in Solana Beach, California (just north of San Diego) where he specialized in the design of hospital and biotech facilities. Twenty years later, he met Susan. Shortly after their wedding, Scott and his new bride set their retirement dreams in motion and the tale of Don't Forget To Smell The . . . Sawdust began. This is Scott's second book.
